1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Clezio Labs , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Site is operated from our headquarters . We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect our evolving skincare rituals and legal requirements.

2. Eligibility By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.

3. Product Authenticity & Ingredients Clezio Labs is committed to transparency. Each formulation is crafted with precision. While we strive to display our products’ textures and colors as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. Our products are for external use only; please review the ingredient list for any personal allergens before starting your ritual.

4. Purchase & Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product per customer to ensure fair access to our small-batch productions. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the choice to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.

5. Intellectual Property The "Clezio Labs" name, logo, and all imagery on this Site are the exclusive property of Clezio Labs. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct We invite you to join our community with respect. Any attempt to compromise the security of our Site or use our content for commercial purposes without prior consent will result in the immediate termination of your access.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
