At Clezio Labs, we believe skincare is a personal ritual. We strive for perfection in every bottle. However, we understand that sometimes a selection may not be the perfect fit for your skin’s unique journey.

Our Guarantee

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To maintain the purity and hygiene standards of our small-batch formulations, we cannot accept returns of products where the security seal has been tampered with or broken.

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please visit our Self-Service Boutique email our concierge at clientcare@cleziolabs.in.

  1. Request: Enter your order number and email.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

  3. Collection: Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup from your address via our premium courier partners.

  4. Verification: Upon receiving the item at our facility, we will inspect the seal and packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once verified, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Should you wish to explore a different formulation instead, our skin experts are available to guide you toward an exchange that better suits your needs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours with a photograph of the package. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately, with our sincere apologies.
