1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer door-to-door delivery across Pan-India. From the bustling streets of Delhi to the serene hills of the Northeast, we ensure your Clezio essentials reach you in pristine condition. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Timelines
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 Business Days.

Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days.

Punjab & Tricity (Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula): 1–2 Business Days.
3. Shipping Charges

Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
4. Our Courier Partners
To ensure a secure and luxurious delivery experience, we partner exclusively with India’s most reliable logistics providers, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Amazon Shipping.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Link via email and SMS. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Secure Packaging
Every Clezio Labs product is shipped in eco-conscious, tamper-proof packaging designed to protect the integrity of our glass bottles and delicate active ingredients. If you notice any damage to the outer seal upon delivery, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately at logistics@cleziolabs.in
